DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?

We’re proud to offer Flat rate shipping = $13.00 USD on all orders!

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

North Korea,

Ukraine,

Bellarussia,

Russia.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship through DHL EXPRESS.

1st Class Tracked Shipping: cost $13.00 USD on all orders!

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

For 1st Class Tracked Shipping, it takes 5~7 working days to arrive after dispatched.

During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

Delivery times are dependent on the location of the destination country but averages 2-9 business days once shipped.

Upon inquiry, Handyglory will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately.

So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your order. The shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email that you provided when placing your order. It will guide you on how to track your package.

Please note that the tracking information will be available 2-5 days after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number.

The reason for the time lag is that in most cases, it takes a couple of days for the tracking number to show up in courier's tracking system.

If your tracking number doesn't show any information about your package, please track again later.

WHY HAS MY SHIPMENT STATUS NOT CHANGED?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to Customs, bad weather incidents or backlogs. Please note that tracking information is available only after your order has been shipped.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by Customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
